These gypsy caravans, known as Whoopee Wagons, offer a beautiful and spacious interior and a comfortable romany experience. A four birth bunk at the far end sleeps two on top, and a pull out double mattress on the lower bunk to accommodate a further two and made with gypsy inspired bedding. Bench seating is situated to each side of the bowtop with underseat storage. There is a coat cupboard, table, stools and a kitted out kitchen area. Equipped with a 12 volt battery to supply good lighting with access to electric power points close by.

The bowtops are situated on the beautiful private land of Racquety Farm, a Soil Association certified organic farm.  The facilities include private onsite parking (very useful at Hay), hot showers, plus kitchen and recycling points in the orchard and paddock.  Lovingly made compost loos.  Wild Hare Cafe is a pop up cafe on hand to offer
breafasts.  The festival is approximately a 20 minute walk to the festival or a 5 minute walk to the shuttle bus for a 5 minute ride.

Weekdays (Mon to Thur): From £150 per night        Weekends (Fri to Sun): From £170 per night

Gregs Gypsy Bowtops are situated at Wyecliff, Hay-on-Wye, Herefordshire.

 

The closest Train station, approaching from England is in the city of Hereford, approximately 22 miles east of Hay-on-Wye.

 

The festival is approximately a 20 minute walk to the festival or a 5 minute walk to the shuttle bus for a 5 minute ride.
