This beautiful mill house was built in 16th Century, it is fully modernized but retains its charm. It has an aga and open fires, is south facing and benefits from a lovely patio overlooking the stream (tributary for the river Avon) There are trout in the stream and Kingfishers and Egrets are often seen in the garden. The very attractive nearby town of Marlborough has a renowned Summer School.
Set in the middle of the Pewsey Vale, 5 miles from Marlborough and 8 miles from Hungerford.
The train from Pewsey gets to London Paddington in under an hour.
