Located in the quaint village of West Ashling, the cottage provides an excellent base for events at Goodwood, Chichester and the surrounding area.

The cottage provides a delightful West Sussex village retreat only 5 miles from Goodwood, close to Chichester, the South Downs and the beautiful coastline of Chichester Harbour and the Witterings.

The historic cottage, tastefully refurbished, comprises a dining/living space opening onto a japanese themed garden, a small kitchen with ceramic hob, fan assisted oven, dishwasher and washing machine and groundfloor bathroom. Upstairs are two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, the largest having rural views over the surrounding landscape

Dedicated parking for one car is provided immediately outside the property, on a privately owned gravelled lane. The village of West Ashling with gastro-pub, mill and millpond can be accessed from the rear of the garden via a pedestrian footpath.
