Light and spacious three bedroom, second floor apartment offers relaxed and comfortable home from home, better than a holiday cottage!

Located on Edinburgh's vibrant Leith Walk to the north east of the city centre. 

The Leith district offers plenty of attractions including the Royal Yacht Britannia which is moored at the Ocean Terminal shopping centre which hosts a good selection of restaurants and bars, a multiplex cinema as well as a a number of great quality shops. 

 

This self catering holiday rental apartment is an ideal base for exploring Edinburgh with all the major city centre attractions within easy reach. The city centre is an approximately 10 minute stroll by foot or 5 minute bus journey with the main street being well serviced by a number of buses.

The apartment is decorated to a high standard and provides a comfortable retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, suitable for 4 guests and the living room a sofabed which will sleep a further two guests. Please note if required 2 single beds as opposed to a double can be provided for one of the double rooms.

The spacious living room provides a comfortable seating area. There is a TV with DVD player and freeview and WiFi internet access for guests who require and a dining area which can seat four. Further seating available if required. The modern, well equipped kitchen features hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, bath and electric shower. There is central heating and double glazing throughout the apartment, ensuring a cosy stay in the heart of Scotland's capital.

Younger visitors: 
Families are welcome at this apartment (although no pets, please). A travel cot and high chair can be supplied by prior arrangement. There are various park nearby which provide ample play facilities for children.

 

There is a large supermarket (open until 11pm) just across the road and Leith Walk has a provides a good selection of restaurants, take-away shops and various small shops ranging from wine merchants, bakeries and patisserie among others.

Parking and transport: 
Free private allocated is available and the apartment is well-served by frequent bus services. A taxi from the city centre costs between £5-10. The apartment is around 15 min walk to both Waverley train station and the bus station, both of which are also reachable by direct bus services. An Airport bus departs at regular intervals from Waverley bridge.
