This property is perfectly situated just off the A37 south of Shepton Mallet, nestled between two great pubs in the beautiful Somerset countryside. Shepton Mallet town centre is around a mile away with a large range of shops including a Tesco superstore for festival essentials.

Owners Nick and Livvy and their two small children will greet you on arrival and show you around, and give you some excellent tips on avoiding the traffic and the best way to get to and from the festival site. They will be staying around 20 minutes away during the festival so will be on hand in emergencies.



This 17th Century family home just a 2.5 mile walk from Pilton Farm and the Glastonbury Festival.

With a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, four further large double bedrooms, two family bathrooms with bath and shower, a large country kitchen and three reception rooms equipped with flat screen TVs and wireless internet access there is plenty of space for up to ten people.

The Kitchen is furnished with a large dining table and gas and electric range cooker for preparing for dinner parties or large family meals.

There is also a private courtyard at the rear of the property which is ideal for summer BBQs.All mod cons are in place including washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher, gas fired combi boiler and an original open fireplace in the main reception room. There is also parking for two cars on site, and unlimited parking in the pubs next door.

We want you to have fun, and you can see form the photos that this property is a working family home with small children so there may be some small toys lying around but we will endeavour to have them all packed away for your stay!
