This self catering accommodation is a self contained 1 bedroom apartment with double bed and double sofa bed in living room apartment on the 2nd floor of a Grade II listed Regency terrace building with stunning and panoramic views over the river Thames to Henley bridge and the Royal Regatta course in one direction and Marsh Lock in the other.

It is perfectly situated within two minutes walk of boating facilities, riverside parks, the River and Rowing Museum and the station as well as being close to a wide variety of coffee shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.

This apartment has been totally refurbished (July 2013) including new kitchen and appliances, new oak wood flooring throughout, new bathroom, new central heating system, totally redecorated and is looking immaculate.

Henley on Thames is a quintessentially English market town founded in the 12th century and made famous by the world renowned Henley Royal Regatta (www.hrr.co.uk) that takes place every July.

Henley on Thames borders the beautiful and unspoilt countryside of Oxfordshire and the Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and offers easy access to London (1 hour by train, less by car), Oxford (40 minutes by train, less by car), Heathrow airport (40 minutes by train, less by car) and 15 minutes from the M4 and M40 motorways that provide a fast track to the South West and North of England and Wales.

It sleeps 2 people with a double sofa bed option in the living room. This holiday let is situated in the pretty and historical town of Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire, UK, home of the world famous Henley Royal Regatta and close to the Chiltern Hills, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

It is located on the 2nd floor and is situated on River Terrace, just 3 minutes walk from Henley station, with stunning and panoramic views over the river Thames and Henley bridge down to the Regatta course.

Henley on Thames is a bustling 12th century market town containing a myriad of high quality restaurants offering cuisine from all over the world and a selection of excellent public houses serving good quality food.

Positioned where it is the apartment offers easy access to many interesting places to visit from the River and Rowing Museum in Henley itself to local stately homes such as 16th century Greys Court, Stonor House (one of England's oldest manor houses) and Windsor Castle where The Queen sometimes resides.

 

 

Price & availability

Henley Royal Regatta (beginning of July) and Henley Festival (following Regatta) - accommodation in Henley is at  a premium and gets booked months in advance.

Rewind 80's music festival in Mid August - tickets sell out quicker each year and "festivalling" during the day with luxury accommodation in the evening is always nice!

Generally Henley in the summer is a sought after place to stay for many reasons.

Out of summer season Henley is still in demand as a desirable "Weekend Break", "Country Break", "Winter Break" location.
