This self catering property is a period Grade 2 Listed house built in 1890 with many original features such as stained glass windows and ornate cornicing. It was renovated throughout in 2008 (rewired, new central heating, new bathrooms, kitchen, redecorated) to a modern contemporary style which is plain plastered walls and a mix of  wooden floorboards and carpet. It is set within a private cul de sac of 13 houses and has a small drive.

The house is well positioned approximately 200m from the river (and railway station) and 600m from the town square. There is no passing traffic road noise. Waliking into the town centre with its bars, restaurants, cinema etc is a level walk of 5 minutes and 8 minutes to the Henley Regatta site.

This self catering property is a period Grade 2 Listed house with many original features which was renovated throughout in 2008. It is set within a private cul de sac of 13 houses approximately 200m from the river (and railway station) and 600m from the town square.

There are 3 reception rooms (formal living room, family room, TV room with 50" plasma), a large kitchen / diner, downstairs cloakroom, family bathroom, and an suite to the master bedroom (second floor).

There is a lawned area, gas BBQ, and patio area with 2 sun loungers and a table for 6-8. There are also 2 bicycles which can be borrowed.

There is fibre optic broadband and local calls can be made (duration < 1 hour) free of charge.

It also has 4 foldaway beds (in addition to the 5 king / super king size beds and 1 single) which can also be used which regatta guests find particularly useful at times.
