Situated in the north of Alicante, Denia enjoys a stunning mountain backdrop and a wealth of attractions.
With mild year-round temperatures and a wide choice of rocky and sandy beaches, Denia has a coastline of over 20km.
A long seafront promenade is lined with cafes and bars while the main shopping areas are situated in the centre of town. Denia’s fish auction takes place every weekday from 5pm and a large general market is held every Monday morning.
A tram service is available from Denia to Calpe, Altea, Benidorm or Alicante. Or you can take a ferry from the port to Ibiza, Mallorca or Formentera.
The Torre del Gerro Viewpoint is a 16th century watch tower which is accessed via a steep walking trail and is well worth it for the views from the top.
Denia is a great family resort which offers a wide choice of activities and entertainment to suit all ages.
