Edinburgh’s club and live music night hosts its own New Years’ Eve Party for the Wee Dub Hogmanay. Featuring the finest dub, reggae and roots music, live acts and DJ’s provide an alternative to traditional Scottish celebrations. The two-room venue at Studio 24 has been at the heart and soul of the Wee Dub Weekenders. Having previously brought in artists such as legendary dub producer Mad Professor, reggae act Zion Train, DJ Vadim and MC Spee from Dreadzone, expect another great end of year party. The Wee Dub Festival launched in 2011 and also host other nights within the city.
Arriving by train, coach or bus and you will arrive in easy reach of the venue at the city centre. If you are flying into Edinburgh, the Scottish city has its own international airport. Tickets are available in 3 stages, depending how early you book. Early birds are £10 before rising to £15 with last minute tickets available for £20.
As with any New Year’s Eve, purchase tickets in advance to avoid missing out.
