Temple Bar TradFest

26th January 2018 - 28th January 2018 | Temple Bar, Dublin, United Kingdom

About Temple Bar TradFest

Set up in 2006, TradFest is Ireland’s largest traditional and folk music festival, attracting the very best Irish music artists to some of Dublin’s most atmospheric venues. From its roots as a niche trad music festival taking place in Temple Bar, you can now experience legends such as Billy Bragg and Fairport Convention perform in the iconic City Hall and the stunning St. Patrick’s Cathedral. The festival focuses on celebrating local and international artists within the traditional genre and also aims to pass down Irish musicianship to future generations. This year’s line-up features indie band Turin Brakes, hitmaker Maria McKee and Euro/African collective Afro Celt Sound System.
