Soundwave Croatia is a five-day independent multi-genre music festival which takes place in the secluded coastal surroundings of Garden Tisno in Zahar. Bathe in waterfalls while you listen to some of the world’s most talented musicians and DJs in this inclusive boutique festival environment. With Josey Rebelle, Egyptian Lover, Horse Meat Disco and the legendary Gilles Peterson already booked to take to the stage in 2018, you’re definitely in for some quality entertainment. As well as the mainstage music, you’ll also find yourself dancing away under the stars at the open-air nightclub, Barbarella’s. The festival also embraces the visual arts with European street artists and illustrators working on the backdrop and the open-air cinema providing some classic films for you to enjoy.
Soundwave Croatia takes place in the Garden Tisno - a serene coastal location around 45 minutes from Split. If you’d like to attend Soundwave, you can fly into Zadar, Split or Zagreb. There are airport shuttle buses organised especially for the festival which will take you direct to the festival site - check out the official website to book your place in advance. Early bird tickets for the full five days are available from £108.90 including booking fee with standard tickets available from £143. The music starts each day at 12pm and continues to 2am, following which the after parties will keep you dancing.
While the main Soundwave event goes on until the early hours of the morning, there are plenty of after parties happening if you don’t want the party to end. These take place at the Barbarella’s nightclub and entry is included within the main festival ticket. There are also boat parties so you can take the party out into the ocean - announcements of the boat party line-ups will be released in spring 2018.
