Reading Festival is a large rock music festival which takes place each year over the August Bank Holiday weekend in the South of England. Reading is the world’s oldest popular music festival, having its origins in blues and jazz and having played host to iconic bands such as Fleetwood Mac, Deep Purple and The Jam since its inception in the 1950’s. These days Reading Festival hosts rock, alternative and pop acts and is a solid fixture in the UK summer festival scene. Legendary stadium rockers Muse have already been announced as 2018 headliners with Major Lazer, Bastille and Andy C also attending. Further huge announcements are expected throughout 2018 in a festival where the line-up never disappoints!
Reading Festival takes place over the August bank holiday weekend in 2018 at Little John’s Farm in Richfield Avenue in Reading.
