The opening Couture Night of Manchester Fashion Week has the best in high end fashion. The following evening is dedicated to new designers parading their work along the catwalk. Director Amanda Moss is responsible for the overall running of the event, having started Liverpool Fashion Week in 2008. The show attracts leading fashion press and has also launched the career of some of Europe’s top new models.

Manchester Airport is 7.5 miles away from the city centre, it is easy to then travel into Manchester by public transport. The event will take place at Castlefields opposite Deansgate Train Station and The Union in Manchester Metropolitan University, which is in the city centre. There is a free hop-on/hop-off shuttle bus that also covers the main areas, including getting to the fashion show itself. Plan your journey here. Tickets are available to the public, with under 18s being accompanied by an adult. There is the potential of a 3rd day being added depending on demand.
