About Lovebox Festival
Originally organised by electronic music mainstays Groove Armada, Lovebox Festival has been a key summer music event since its inception in 2003. A no-camping event held in East London’s Victoria Park, Lovebox attracts the biggest names in the dance, hip hop and grime scene. 2016 saw Stormzy, Major Lazer and LCD Soundsystem gracing the main stage and making it one of the most successful Lovebox events yet. Known for its countryside feel within an urban setting, there’s plenty more to enjoy besides the great line-up: go back to the ‘80s by taking a spin around the roller disco or get some therapy in the healing area.

Making the most of Lovebox Festival
Lovebox always has a great line-up and so good music all day long is guaranteed. Due to Victoria Park being such a central location, however, the music has to stop at 10.45pm. This doesn’t mean an end to your partying, though, as Lovebox organises after parties across East London, meaning you can carry on dancing until 5am. Previous ‘After Dark’ parties have featured top names including Scuba, Soul Clap and Modeselektor at clubs such as The Laundry in London Fields, Oval Space in Bethnal Green and Village Underground in Shoreditch. Keep an eye on the official website for more details of the 2017 After Dark events.
