With a small population of around 5,000 the market town of Halesworth offers a festival that attracts visitors from much further afield.
The Halesworth Arts Festival features live music, theatre productions, poetry recitals, guest speakers and much more. From live cabaret to classical performances, the events are spread out across various venues including the Church of St Mary’s and the Cut Arts Centre.
Previous guest speakers have included UNICEF Ambassador and OBE Martin Bell, ex cricketer David Gower and comedian Tony Hawks.
The Halesworth Arts Festival is a non-profit charity, relying on the community to help bring the event into fruition.
