Several venues across the market town of Bury St Edmunds take part in an annual series of events from the arts. Having been running for over 30 years, the 10 days of festivities include live music, theatre, film and various exhibitions.
Previous festivals have seen legendry violinist Nigel Kennedy perform his version of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons to a sold-out crowd. While other notable appearances have included TV personality and wine connoisseur Oz Clarke, as well as comedians Stuart Lee and Last Leg presenter Adam Hills.
With a wide range of events to choose from, the Bury St Edmunds Festival is well worth a visit.
