Watch the best drivers in the world compete on the highspeed track. Following a 10 year break, the Austrian Formula 1 Grand Prix returned to Austria in 2014. Since its return Mercedes have won every year. It is among the fastest circuits on the Formula One racing calendar. The nearest airports are Graz, which is an hour’s drive, or two hours from Vienna. Race day is on the Sunday, qualifying the Saturday with practice sessions also exciting to attend. Prices start from general admission at €78 and €84 on early bird prices. These seats increase to €95 and €100. Prices elsewhere range from €195 through to €555 on the main straight. Early birds on tickets can save you anything up to €100. Hire a car to reach the circuit, although remember to book parking in advance. The track is up in the mountains, so be aware that weather conditions are unpredictable and can vary greatly.
