Do you want to change the bad habits of a lifetime and take charge of your life and health?

The WHOLE Festival, which promotes a plant-based diet, takes places in Camarillo, California on 18 February, 2018.

With a firm belief that food can be more powerful than pills, the WHOLE Festival organisers show how to prevent diseases and common ailments by changing your lifestyle and eating habits.

During the one-day event, visitors will learn:

  • How to prepare delicious whole food plant-based cuisine
  • How to prevent and treat autoimmune diseases with ‘easy to buy’ food
  • Why a whole food diet is far superior to a meat-based diet for strength and endurance

Registration includes a light breakfast at 7am, a whole-food plant-based lunch, cooking demonstrations and much more to promote a healthy diet and lifestyle.

Speakers at the 2018 event include Dr Michael Greger MD who is a founding member and Fellow of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and a physician.
