The WHOLE Festival, which promotes a plant-based diet, takes places in Camarillo, California on 18 February, 2018.
With a firm belief that food can be more powerful than pills, the WHOLE Festival organisers show how to prevent diseases and common ailments by changing your lifestyle and eating habits.
During the one-day event, visitors will learn:
- How to prepare delicious whole food plant-based cuisine
- How to prevent and treat autoimmune diseases with ‘easy to buy’ food
- Why a whole food diet is far superior to a meat-based diet for strength and endurance
Registration includes a light breakfast at 7am, a whole-food plant-based lunch, cooking demonstrations and much more to promote a healthy diet and lifestyle.
Speakers at the 2018 event include Dr Michael Greger MD who is a founding member and Fellow of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and a physician.
Greger has lectured at the Conference on World Affairs, testified before Congress, and was invited as an expert witness in the defense of Oprah Winfrey in the infamous “meat defamation” trial.
Brooke Goldner MD is a board certified medical doctor and the author of ‘Goodbye Lupus.’ Goldner speaks about reversing autoimmune disease using supermarket foods and has appeared in many documentaries, including: ‘Eating you Alive.’
She has also been featured on the front cover of Vegan Health & Fitness Magazine twice.
Brenda Davis RD is a registered dietician who has featured at many international nutrition events and health conferences.

Thomas Tadlock MS is recognised as one of the top 5 trainers in the USA and explains how to become ‘superhuman’ – leaner, stronger and faster on a plant-based diet.
