Edinburgh restaurant owner and head chef Tom Kitchin enjoys cooking with Scottish produce, using French techniques. The location looks out over the water front of Leith harbour and has a philosophy of “from nature to plate”, making the most of ingredients currently in season.
The restaurant was awarded a Michelin Star in 2007 along with several other prestigious awards. The man behind the name, Tom Kitchin, has also become a regular on television shows Master Chef and Great British Menu.

12pm to 2.30pm and 6pm to 10pm
